The stay of my last visit was great value. the hotel was a unique base for enjoying the local area, just next door to all public transport as well as Crown Theatre. I really enjoyed the spotless and huge room with a balcony, bedroom, and appliances.

I would recommend it. Had a very enjoyable stay for 4 nights. The location turned out to be excellent and ideal. Short walk to Kings Park, Perth City shopping areas, and river cruise to Fremantle. Staff was as always very amiable

Lovely area, very central location not far from health freak cafe located out the front of Jacobs ladder, town and suburbs like Subiaco and river cruise to fremantle with commentary which was enjoyable. Tidy and terrific rooms, overlooking the city. You can't help enjoying fantastic service

Reasonably priced place
Had a great stay for 4 nights. Very central location near Mounts Bay Waters, supermarket, and various eating options and bars. The room was terrific with smoke detectors. Lovely views of the park opposite

Very convenient location, close to CBD and easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen, washer, and dryer.- The staff were friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived early.- The restaurant on-site offered good food and the heat and eat meal option was fantastic.
The room was a bit tired with some cracked tiles in the bathroom. The pool was small and uninviting, although we didn't use it due to the cold weather.

The layout of the rooms was excellent, as was the size. The location is great, right near the river and two minutes from the city centre with a free bus right outside. We were also please there was a free allocated parking space.
